1. Pegamos Sp.z o.o. is responsible for processing your personal data. based in Ostrów Wielkopolski (63-400), ul. Raszkowska 29, responsible (“the responsible”).

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract to which you are a party or performing the actions on your behalf, prior to the conclusion of the contract (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) as well as for compliance the legitimate interests of the person responsible, including marketing related to goods and services of the person responsible (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
4. The recipients of your personal data can be companies that supply and operate the IT infrastructure of the person responsible; the contractual partners who provide services on behalf of the controller; as well as the units organizationally connected with the person responsible.
5. Your personal data are processed:
- in the event that the responsible person's offer is rejected, for 2 years;
- When the cooperation is started, the data will be stored for a period that results from special legal provisions and is necessary to secure and / or assert any claims.
6. You have the right to: Access to your personal data, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing and data portability and the right to object.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority.
8. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the impossibility of receiving an offer and starting cooperation
